The A Servoy Runtime Client is a client that operates disconnected from the Servoy Application Server. For more information on the Servoy Runtime Client.Servoy Runtime Clients can be built directly in the Eclipse IDE using the runtime buildercreated in Servoy Developer using the Runtime Builder plugin (optional when installing Servoy Developer).

The runtime builder plugin allows for the creation of a runtime per target platform. The runtime, a folder containing several files and subfolders, is portable, i.e. it can be copied to different machines running the same operating system.

The folder in which the runtime is created contains an executable that can be double clicked to launch the application.
