The Servoy Application Server uses (by default) two three ports to provide its services:

  • port 8080 for HTTP traffic
  • port 8085 as the Tomcat SHUTDOWN port 
  • port 1099 for MRI RMI traffic to communicate with Smart Clients

Note that if multiple database instances are also hosted on the same machine, each database instance also needs to be configured to use a different port.
